I feel like it’s full circle.

Everybody I’ve drawn from musically has dropped an album within 4 hours of each other; Jeezy, Eminem and now NERD. I played “In Search Of” OUT, you hear me? A unscratched CD (yes, those) was scratching like crazy because I was sleeping with it in my head. They’ve had their own ups and downs, and their most recent cohesive project was 2010’s “Nothing”.

But you can hear the Neptunes and that NERD sound from freshman year that isn’t lost. They bring Rihanna (she ate that beat, idc idc idc), Possum Aloysuis Jenkins Andre 3000 (for short), Gucci and more. More like K. Dot and Wale. And a few others.
